Bright eyeshadows can be kind of intimidating, which is why I usually veer toward neutrals. But I did pick up the Electric palette from Sephora a while back and it is just gorgeous. You can always wear brights as liner. I have on Fringe here, which is a stunning teal:
I'll never tire of browns and taupes, but sometimes a pop of color is a welcome change!
