It looks like VIB Rouge gets first crack at the sale on April 7th, but it goes through April 13th.
I'm not sure if everyone will be getting 15% or if will be different for Rouge, VIB and Beauty Insiders.
I am both happy and slightly embarrassed that I made Rouge last year. I'm not sure if that will happen again this year, but I do plan to haul for this sale!
I've already started planning a cart. Some of my picks are the Urban Decay Gwen lipliner in Firebird, Urban Decay Ozone primer pencil, YSL Glossy Stain, and a travel size Nars Radiant Concealer. But I'm sure I will add more - I love building and changing carts! So many possibilities...
