Swatch Sunday - Clinique Chubby Sticks

Clinique Chubby Sticks are the OG chubby tinted lip balms. I remember my roommate in college having chubby sticks - and that was back in the 90s! I feel old! They have stood the test of time, though, because they're something I still reach for when I want a moisturizing wash of color.

Macy's is having a Clinique GWP right now, if you want to snap up some goodies and get some free gifties. I have added a Chubby Stick to my cart in the past to spend the right dollar amount to get the gift. However, I'm saving my money for the Sephora sale next week, so I have to wait to buy anything more! It is taking all my will power!

If you need some inspiration, here is my wee collection of Chubby Sticks:

The top four are the original version and the bottom two are the intense formula. I like the original version better. The intense ones were more like traditional lipsticks and I don't find them as hydrating.

And here are the swatches! In each shot the shades from top to bottom are Graped Up, Mega Melon, Pudgy Peony, Super Strawberry, Roomiest Rose and Chunkiest Chili.

As usual, I have lots of pinks and berries! Maybe I should shake things up and get Oversized Orange or Voluptuous Violet.
