Teal and pink are my two favorite colors. Since pink around the eye area can quickly make me look like Helena on "Orphan Black", I tend to stick to teal or turquoise for bright eyeliner and eyeshadow.
So for today, I swatched some of my favorite teal toned eyeliners and eyeshadows.
In each shot, from top to bottom are Loreal Infallible Silkissime Eyeliner in True Teal, Sephora Collection Contour Eye Pencil in Surfer Babe, Urban Decay Pressed Pigment in Fringe, Makeup Forever Eyeshadow in D-236 and S-228.

Out of this bunch, the Loreal eyeliner and the Urban Decay pressed pigment in Fringe are my two favorites. They seem the easiest to apply and are actually pretty close color-wise, which I didn't notice until I swatched them!
Teal is a great color in general, but it is especially nice for spring and summer! I like to pair teal liner with a hot pink lip and cool toned blush. Sometimes I switch it up and go with a coral lip and peachy blush. Either way, it makes me feel like sunny days are here again.
Happy weekend!
